Message	pulling something like that. That guy is responsible for everything that happened in that incident. He is the one that hit the Z and he is the one that decided to run away and not take responsibility for his actions. I would feel obligated to attempt to catch that guy. You can't make what-if speculations. What if that guy got away and then 10 minutes later hit a school-bus full of children? How would he feel then for not trying to stop him? Just my opinion on the incident.
